The classic! Canned tuna in oil, drained then mixed with Japanese mayo, Tamari Soy sauce, and salt. topped with a sprinkle of bonito furikaki seasoning! Totally gluten free, making it a delightful choice for anyone exploring Portland Japanese food.
Another classic! Fresh salmon salt cured for 30 minutes, then broiled in the oven and finished with sweet rice wine. Totally gluten free!

The classic Hawaiian Musubi can be enjoyed everywhere on the islands, from convenience stores to family gatherings. This dish features salty spam, cooked on the griddle in sweet unagi sauce. We dust the rice block with bonito furikaki before placing the spam on it, then wrap it in high-quality nori seaweed.
